These transfers are carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), based on the European Commission’s approved Standard Contractual Clauses and reinforced security measures implemented by our providers.

Freelance Services implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures in line with industry best practices, particularly with respect to the security of its information systems. We take all reasonable steps to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of users’ data and to prevent any alteration, damage, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties.
